Phoebus is a UI Pack, containing over 1000 design elements, including a set of icons. The entire set is available in over 30 color combinations. A part of the set is available for free for personal projects. For commercial projects you either need to buy the entire pack or you can become a premium member and gain access to the whole set and a lot more resources.
